How it works
Four steps, in order. Most of the work happens in the background once it's set up; you hear from us when something needs a decision.
1. Audit
We start by writing down where you stand today, so there's something honest to compare against later:
- Your rating, review count and review pace on each site that matters to you
- How many reviews have replies, and how fast they came
- Your Google Business Profile: completeness, accuracy, categories, photos
- The first page of search results for your business name
- Any reviews that look like they break platform rules
You get this as a short written report with a ranked list of fixes, whether or not you hire us for the rest.
2. Set up
- Access: you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and other profiles. You keep ownership.
- Review requests: we connect to your job, booking or sales software, or agree on a regular customer export. We write the messages with you and check that you have consent to text.
- Reply guidelines: tone, what you can offer an unhappy customer, who handles complaints, and what we never say in public.
- Profile fixes from the audit list.
3. Run
Requests go out after each job. Replies go up within the agreed time; negative ones come to you as drafts first. Alerts for low ratings or serious complaints come to us, and we bring them to you the same day with a suggested next step.
4. Report
Once a month you get one page: requests sent, reviews received, average rating, reply time, notable mentions, profile changes, and a competitor snapshot. We compare it with the audit and say plainly what's working and what we'll change.
What we need from you
- Someone who can approve replies to negative reviews, usually within a business day
- Access to your customer list or job software
- Real photos of your work, now and then
- Honest answers when a complaint is about something real
Questions
How long does setup take?
Usually one to three weeks, depending mostly on how quickly we can connect to your customer data and get profile access.
Is there a contract?
Each quote spells out the term. We offer month-to-month, and longer terms only if you want them.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your profiles, reviews and review-request tool accounts are in your name. We hand over notes and remove our access.
