Online reputation management

Get the reviews you've already earned

Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked. We ask every one of them, reply to what they write, watch for problems, and keep your Google Business Profile accurate. All of it by the rules.

We work on Google, Yelp, Facebook and the review sites that matter in your industry.

The problem

Your reviews are written by whoever bothers to write them

Unhappy customers go looking for a place to say so. Happy ones usually just get on with their day. Leave it alone and your public rating ends up reflecting the loudest few people, not the hundreds you served well.

The fix isn't complicated, and it isn't a trick. Ask everyone, at the right moment, with one tap to the review page. Google says plainly that businesses can and should ask customers for reviews. What it won't allow is asking only the happy ones, or paying for them.

Services

What we do

Take one piece or all of them. Every piece is quoted in writing before we start.

Review generation

Text and email requests sent to every customer after the job, with a reminder. Hooked into the software you already use where possible.

Review response

Replies to every review, good and bad, written in your voice. Negative ones get a draft for your approval before anything is posted.

Reputation monitoring

We watch review sites, social media and the web for your name, flag what needs attention, and send a short monthly summary.

Negative search results

When something unfair or outdated shows up for your name, we check the legitimate options: reporting, correcting, or publishing accurate pages.

Google Business Profile

Accurate hours, categories, services and photos, regular posts, and a watch for unwanted edits that can creep in.

Reporting you can read

One page a month: new reviews, average rating, response time, and anything we think you should know about. No dashboards to log into unless you want one.

How it works

Four steps

  1. Audit

We look at your reviews, replies, profiles and search results today, and write down what's working and what isn't.

  2. Set up

We connect review requests to your customer list or job software, write reply guidelines with you, and fix your profiles.

  3. Run

Requests go out, replies get posted, and alerts come to us first. You hear from us when something needs a decision.

  4. Report

Monthly numbers and notes, compared with the audit, so you can see whether it's working.

What we won't do

No fake reviews. No gating. No promises to make bad reviews disappear.

Since October 2024, the FTC's rule on fake reviews lets it seek civil penalties against businesses that buy fake reviews or suppress real ones. Google removes reviews and can restrict profiles that break its review policy. Shortcuts cost more than they save.

  • Writing, buying or swapping reviews, or having staff and family post them.
  • Asking only happy customers, or screening people with a "how did we do?" step first.
  • Discounts, gift cards or entries into a drawing in exchange for reviews.
  • Promising to remove a real customer's honest review. We can report reviews that break the rules; we can't make true ones go away.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

What is online reputation management?

It's the ongoing work of making sure what people find about your business online is accurate and fair: collecting reviews from real customers, replying to them, watching for new mentions, and fixing wrong or outdated information. For most local businesses, the biggest part is Google reviews and the Google Business Profile.

Can you remove a bad review?

Only if it breaks the platform's rules, for example if it's spam, off-topic, from someone who was never a customer, or contains hate speech or personal information. We report those through the official process. Google decides, and it doesn't remove honest negative reviews just because the business disagrees. For those, a calm public reply and a steady flow of new reviews do more good.

Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. Google encourages it. What's not allowed is offering anything in return, asking only the customers you expect to be happy, or telling people what to write. Our requests go to every customer with the same wording.

Will you write reviews for us?

No. Reviews have to come from real customers describing their own experience. We'll write your replies to reviews, which is a different thing and fully allowed.

How long until we see more reviews?

Usually within the first few weeks after requests start going out, because the customers are already there. How many depends on how many customers you serve and how soon after the job the request arrives. We'll show you the numbers each month rather than guess in advance.

Where are you based?

The Colorado Springs area. We work with businesses anywhere in the US, remotely. Call (719) 937-3354 or use the contact form.
